This is delicious! I shelled the beans while watching the news. The process wasn't difficult but did take some time so you might want to do as many as you can in a sitting.

There's only one of me and I knew I wouldn't eat all of the beans in one setting so I tossed the beans with the dressing and onions and stored them in the refrigerator. I waited to toss them with the lettuce right before I was ready to eat.

The beans remind me of edamame and I felt satiated. I can't wait to have another salad with my left over beans for lunch tomorrow!

The peapods were HUGE and sweet. Enjoyed them raw in salads. The purple cauliflower was delightful. Also sweet, it reminded me of potato ... and I used this week's raw as well. (Cooked the last batch. It was good, too. I'll be using beets and turnips tomorrow. Yum!

Hi Luisa, Here's the ingredients for the sauce I made for my bok choy the other night. 1 T sesame oil, 1 T grated ginger, 2 grated garlic cloves, 1 T oyster sauce, 1 T soy sauce, 1/2 T brown sugar 1/8 tsp pepper flake (optional) . Mix all ingredients with 1/4 cup water. After you have sauted the bok choy in a little olive oil, remove from the pan and set aside. Add all mixed ingredients and reduce in the pan. After it is reduced a bit, toss the sauce over the bok choy. Yum!! Best wishes Gail
